The Coaching HQ That Updates Itself
The page every cohort runs from. Coaching happens on the call. The work happens between sessions, so that's where the HQ lives.
We used to run cohorts out of a project tool and a pile of notes. So we built one live page per cohort: the plan, the tasks, the sessions and the calendar, kept up to date by the calls themselves.

the stages
Every stage, with the date we promised.
Each stage gets a video. Each one shows the date we said it would ship, and the date it did.

One page instead of a project tool
A live board in a single page, built in a morning. Tasks, owners and status, updated for everyone at once. By that evening it was a template any cohort could use.

The call updates the board
After each session, the recording is pulled in, the transcript is read, and the board is checked against what was said. Done tasks get ticked, with the quote that proves it.

Every cohort teaches the course
Coaching lessons from each cohort are saved, then ranked by how many cohorts raised the same thing. Nothing changes the course until a person says yes.

A calendar you can edit
Dates live as data, not a drawing, so moving one is a click. Tick a row to show it on the Events tab, and leave the rest private.
